Legal Notice of Public Hearing

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on February 5, 2020 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider a request for annexation [2019-517] and the adoption of a Plan of Services for approximately 1.6 acres located along Florence Road.  The petition is being made by Wiseman Investment Group, Inc., whose representative, Mr. Hishyar Ismail, may be contacted at (615)-554-8860 for additional information.  A copy of the Plan of Services is available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall, and it is anticipated that a copy will be posted on the City’s web page at www.murfreesborotn.gov the week of the public hearing.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on February 5, 2020 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2019-446] to rezone approximately 1.11 acres located at the southeast corner of South Academy Street and East Sevier Street from CH (Commercial Highway District) and CCO (City Core Overlay District) to PUD (Planned Unit District) and CCO.  The purpose of the proposed PUD (Greenhouse Ministries PUD) is to allow the development of a 26,000 square-foot building consisting of multi-family residential dwelling units as well as offices and other facilities for Greenhouse Ministries.  The application is being made by Greenhouse Ministries, Inc., whose representative, Mr. Rob Molchan of SEC, Inc., may be contacted at (615)-890-7901 for additional information.  Copies of the application and the PUD pattern book are available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall and it is anticipated that they will be posted on the City’s web page at www.murfreesborotn.gov the week of the public hearing.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
