The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on September 5, 2018 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2018-426] to rezone approximately 26 acres located south of John Bragg Highway from RS-15 (Single-Family Residential District 15) to RS-A, Type 2 (Single-Family Attached District, Suburban Townhouse), approximately 140 acres from RS-15 to RS-6 (Single-Family Residential District 6), and approximately 38 acres from RS-15 to RS-10 (Single-Family Residential District 10).  The application is being made by Mr. Larry Elliott, who may be contacted at (931)-808-6522 for additional information.  A copy of the application is available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall and it is anticipated that it will be posted on the City’s web page at www.murfreesborotn.gov the week of the public hearingInterested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on September 5, 2018 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2018-428] to rezone approximately 6.93 acres located along Buffalo River Drive from RS-12 (Single-Family Residential District 12) to PRD (Planned Residential District) and to amend the existing PRD (Three Rivers PRD) for 22.51 acres.  The purpose of the rezoning and PRD amendment is to create a new development (The Gardens at Three Rivers PRD), which will consist of 70 zero-lot line single-family dwellings and 81 single-family attached townhouses on 29.44 acres.  The application is being made by Achiever Development, whose representative Rob Molchan of SEC Inc. may be contacted at (615) 890-7901 for additional information.  A copy of the application is available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615) 893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2018-716] to abandon a portion of Florence Road right-of-way.  The application is being made by Mr. Randy Caldwell of Ragan-Smith Associates, Inc. on behalf of Mr. Chris Bratcher.  Interested parties may obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on September 5, 2018 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W.
